• CareVentures funded a $17.5 million credit facility, consisting of a $15.5 million mortgage loan and a $2 million accounts receivable term loan, to a 52-bed residential care facility for developmentally disabled and ventilator-dependent pediatrics.
  
  
• CareVentures funded a $2 million accounts receivable term loan to an operator of five skilled nursing facilities in Connecticut.
  

• CareVentures refinanced a $5.2 million mortgage note, secured by a first mortgage on four skilled nursing facilities in Indiana. The properties are in bankruptcy and CVFG is financing an exit plan.
